We accept most Insurance Plans

Please verify your mental health insurance coverage when you arrange your visit.

****All co-pays and deductible fees are to be paid at check-in.

SELF PAY

• Cost per Session:
• First visit: $140
• 30 minutes session: $80
• 45-60 minutes session -$140
• SLIDING SCALE:
 We offer sliding scale therapy based on your ability to pay. Please contact the office or your health care provider to see if you
 qualify.

CASH/CHECK/CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

We accept:  Cash, Check, Discover,  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Transfer by Zelle.

TESTING AND EVALUATION

We do not accept insurance for Mental Health/Psychological Evaluation services + reports:

FEES:          $1000 to $3000 depending on the length of the report and length of time.

****All fees are due upfront.

For Psychological/Mental Health Evaluations services, Payment Plan may be arranged depending on the length of time required for report delivery. Some insurance may provide some reimbursement for evaluations. We will bill the insurance for you, if paid, the check from the insurance company will be sent to you, or we will cut you a check for the paid amount if it is paid to us.
